A Virtuous Journey
Twelve Monthly Virtues that Steiner lists in Guidance in Esoteric Training,
We are coming to the conclusion of the first year offering this work and we are going to offer it again beginning on March 21, 2025,.
This course explores each of the virtues more deeply, what they mean in relation to the zodiac, and also how we can practically bring them to life using HeartMath and Heart Awareness techniques, whilst also remaining connected to the spiritual essence of the virtue. It is a deeper exploration of the world of thoughts, feelings, emotions and behaviours, and how the virtues may help bring more harmony and alignment to these different aspects of ourselves. The course itself will involve working with a paper for each virtue, alongside a poem / contemplation exploring a more esoteric imagination of the virtue and Zodiac sign. It is about deepening both our understanding of, and lived experience of each of the virtues alongside how we can work with the Zodiac as a rhythm of the year.
We will meet online (via zoom) on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of each moth for the year, at 7pm AEDT and the sessions will be recorded if you miss them.
One of the discoveries this year via the feedback provided is that the course work is very complimentary to other work that people may already be undertaking, whether that be Anthroposophy study groups, Gospel work or other meditative practices.
